It's my birthday!

A quarter of a century old, I am today! I feel like it is such a monumental year - so well rounded. 25. Mmm. What a joy! I'm young! I have so much ahead of me! It's time to really live this year and that is what I am going to do! As a birthday present to me I am giving myself this blog. I came upon "The Fruit Room" last night after playing hours of word games in my mind to think of the chic name that was just what I wanted. I will explain another day what it means.

So now I have a name and a semi-focus. I don't want to pigeon hole myself into one type of blogger, but it will be more than just day to day happenings - I already have one of those. This will be about what I love and how I do what I love. 

There will be some running, some baking, some cooking. Maybe I will show off a sewing project or two. Perhaps you will be able to hear my inner chatter as I put it into semi-adequate wording. And I would like you to also know what I believe. I want you to know I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints! I want you to know that I follow Christ and that I know we have a prophet on the earth today.
